I cannot say enough good things about my first visit with Crabapple Smiles Dental Group. Dr. Patel personally came to meet me in the lobby and welcome me back for my appointment. We got to know one another, un-rushed, before any examination began, such a nice touch. When I scheduled my appointment, they had told me to block 2-hours and I thought for sure I’d have time to work some in that timeframe, however I had attention showered on me from start to finish! From digital X-rays and saliva testing with Ash, to soft and hard tissue exams with the Dr and hygienist, to insurance coverage explanations with Caitlyn and my curated cleaning with Jessica based on the findings from all the poking and prodding — plus a small filling handled that I didn’t have to schedule another day to come back for, I barely had time to check quick text messages let alone pull out my laptop! I had not been happy with my last dental practice for a while for various reasons, and after this appointment I honestly think I was not getting quality service at all for years! Very grateful to have found this practice that is in-network and would highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!
